This position is offered as Hybrid in central London with 3 days on site. The position will report into Elements Deliver Lead and our Embedded Talent Partner Lead.
As part of our expansion we are now looking to hire an exceptional Talent Partner with solid GTM hiring experience.

The Role & Key Responsibilities
- Manage End-to-End Recruiting : Own the full lifecycle for GTM roles. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps within enterprise SaaS and tech environments, from crafting targeted sourcing strategies to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Client & Stakeholder Partnership: Work embedded within client teams to deeply understand their growth strategy, business objectives, and hiring needs. Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.
- Advanced Sourcing & Candidate Engagement : Drive proactive outreach to passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and innovative channels. Maintain and nurture high-calibre candidate pipelines.
- Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience : Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and high touch journey, from outreach and screening to offer and onboarding, representing Elements’ values and brand.
- Process Optimization & Data-Driven Decision-Making : Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, funnel conversion) to identify efficiencies and continual improvement opportunities.
- Employer Branding & Market Insight : Help clients build a standout talent brand through compelling job descriptions, social media amplification, and market mapping. Share market trends and competitive insights.

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of GTM recruiting experience, ideally at start-ups, scale ups, or embedded talent teams particularly in SaaS or tech environments.
- Track record recruiting for Sales, Marketing, CS, and RevOps roles at a high level.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and delivering against KPI-driven hiring objectives.
- Comfort working in agile, fast-moving environments where you embed with client teams and flexibly adapt to evolving needs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a clear focus on inclusivity and candidate experience.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
