We’re Hiring: GSA Supervisor – Full Time
Location: RAF Boulmer, Alnwick, NE66 3JF
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days over 7, including weekends)
Hourly Rate: £13.02
We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Services Assistant (GSA) Supervisor to join our team at RAF Boulmer. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for high standards, leadership, and a desire to grow within a supportive environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervise the GSA team, ensuring cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained across all areas.
- Ensure all back of house areas, including floors, pots, pans, and workspaces, are kept clean and compliant.
- Oversee daily cleaning of the front of house in line with the cleaning schedule.
- Ensure correct food hygiene, personal hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed.
- Use the till to take payments.
- Follow and complete cleaning schedules.
- Complete all required online training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid DBS check.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent attendance and commitment to the role.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A focus on quality and attention to detail.
