Job Summary
The Working supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational efficiency and quality of service within our establishment. This position requires a dynamic individual who can lead a diverse team, ensuring that all aspects of the Groundworks finished that meet our high standards. The Works Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with healthand safety regulations.
Duties
- Supervise and manage al small 4-5 man team so make sure all Groundworks are correct including any finishing i.e. slab work kerbs roads Tarmac
- Block And Beam correct and including Foundations reading plans, et cetera
- deliveries that are required on a daily purpose
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control to maintain high standards for DLM groundworks
- Implement to run to the safety protocols
- Toolbox checks so everyone is aware of health and
- Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery.
Skills
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team supervision within the Groundworks sector.
- Strong background in managing and keeping a safe site and meeting deadlines as required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration. As a working supervisor on site
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: £171.51-£275.00 per day
