Golf Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Golf Operations
· Assist in the day-to-day running of golf operations.
· Optimize tee-time reservations to maximize revenue whilst ensuring smooth pace of play.
· Help maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
· Exceptional Customer Service
· Work closely with the Golf Operations Manager, other departments and marshals, to deliver top-tier service.
· Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
· Be forward thinking and help throughout the clubhouse where you can.
Membership Support
· Assist with member check-ins, renewals, and general enquiries.
· Provide friendly and helpful points of contact for both prospective and current members.
· Help promote membership benefits and support efforts to grow the club’s membership base.
Golf Days & Societies
· Support the organization and delivery of golf days and visiting society experiences.
· Help ensure all groups enjoy great value and a smooth, enjoyable round.
· Assist in upselling buggies and trolleys.
· Contribute to repeat business by ensuring memorable experiences.

· Previous experience in golf or hospitality (preferred but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
