We’re hiring for a Media Effectiveness Partner as part of Global iProspect in London.
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking leader in media effectiveness to shape and implement a cutting-edge experimentation and measurement strategy for a global portfolio of leading commerce brands. This role will focus on embedding a culture of test-and-learn, deploying advanced measurement methodologies like Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), and elevating the client’s measurement maturity through consultancy, capability-building, and change management.
As part of iProspect Global, this role is instrumental in connecting marketing performance to business impact across the full funnel. You will partner with internal experts and client stakeholders to develop scalable, insight-led frameworks that guide investment decisions, operationalize effectiveness tools, and accelerate innovation across channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement global measurement and experimentation frameworks that enable a rigorous test-and-learn approach across markets and media channels.
  • Lead the deployment of MMM, geo-testing, incrementality and brand lift studies to quantify media’s contribution to business outcomes.
  • Built and guide the strategic learning agenda, aligning testing priorities with commercial goals (e.g. ROAS, CAC, LTV, brand equity).
  • Partner with platform, analytics, and data science teams to operationalize experimentation and deploy modular, scalable measurement solutions.
  • Support and train team’s inn turning testing results and model outputs into clear actionable insights that inform full-funnel planning and investment decisions.
  • Act as a change leader, supporting the adoption of new measurement approaches through structured governance, stakeholder engagement, and communications,
Qualifications + Skills
  • Extensive experience in media effectiveness, marketing science, or measurement consultancy within a global agency, consultancy, or client-side environment.
  • Proven track record leading global experimentation and MMM deployments across multiple markets and touchpoints.
  • Deep knowledge of measurement methodologies and a variation of marketing analytics solutions including key platforms: GA4, Meta, Amazon
  • Strong understanding of commerce-focused performance indicators, customer journey analytics, and full-funnel KPIs.
  • Excellent strategic and storytelling skills – able to turn complex test results and model findings into compelling business narratives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, training, and scaling measurement maturity programs globally.
