Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that work sites are clean, safe, and efficient. Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work site.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working order.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with construction or manual handling practices is beneficial.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks.
