Job Summary
We are a small business looking to fill position for a General Builder.
The applicant will be required to work alongside company owner in a small team or alone on own job for ongoing domestic work, mainly extensions, dormer projects and internal works including bathrooms and kitchens .
Must have at least 10 years experience in construction.
Following skills are essential to the role:
Bricklaying / walling.
Basic first fix joinery.
Roofing.
Plastering.
Groundwork.
Structural work.
MUST BE WILLING TO DO LABOUR SIDE AS WELL AS TOOLS WHEN NEEDED.
Candidate must be motivated, reliable and able to work alone on own initiative or within the team.
Evidence that you can perform the above tasks will be required (photos of work or reference).
