About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Garden Labourer to support a temporary landscaping and grounds maintenance project in Stirling. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and can carry out a variety of manual tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general gardening duties, including weeding, planting, digging, and soil preparation.
- Support hard landscaping tasks such as laying turf, moving materials, and preparing ground surfaces.
- Operate basic gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Carry out other ad-hoc labouring tasks as required to support the project.
Requirements
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor labouring is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious with a positive attitude towards manual work.
