Due to expansion this family run pub is looking for an enthusiastic individual to help drive the pub/restaurant forward to the next level. Must be reliable and punctual with a polite manner and a can do attitude to work. This is a small team and can sometimes include working alone so need to be self motivated and driven by success. Customer focused and an attention to detail as we strive on providing the best service possible for our customers. Must be flexible and be prepared to help out with food service and keeping the pub ship shape.
Bar and cellar skills preferred to manage stocks and the cask conditioned ales on offer, but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate.
Salary negotiable and could also be a live in position. Plus all the usual benefits of a full time role the days of work would be Tuesday to Sunday and main duties to include setting up of the bar at beginning of service and opening up and also cashing up at the end of shift and closing the pub including end of shift duties. There will also be incentivised bonuses for increasing profits.
There will be a 3 month probationary period
