Front Of House
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide menu information and answer any questions regarding food and beverage.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house areas
- Assist with catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly and to guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with bartending staff to serve drinks and manage bar operations during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Support food preparation as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service is crucial for success in this role.
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred to ensure compliance with health regulations.
