We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. Duties
- Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.

- Oversee daily operations, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Support bartending duties as needed, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
