We’re looking for a Superviser to support our Front of House Manger to help lead & motivate our awesome team.
We are a multi award-winning licensed Deli, Cafe, Fine Food & Drink Retail store, Stonebaked Pizza venue, Fruit & Veg shop, and Ice- Cream vendor.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of supervising shifts in a busy hospitality setting and organising staff tasks
- Promoting & maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety and hygiene
- Taking deliveries of stock and pricing it, organising the replenishment of shelves and stock rotation
- Cashing up at end of day and following company procedures
- Barista skills(preferred but not essential)
- Training of staff
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions in the absence of the Front of House Manager
IN RETURN YOU WILL BE OFFERED:
- Hourly rate £12.50-£13 p/hr(doe) + excellent tips which are 100% shared between staff
- Full Training and SVQ Level 7 Hospitality Qualification
- 42.5 hrs per week with 2 consecutive days off (NO EXTRA HOURS)
