The Role:
As a FOH Waiting Staff at The Welsh House, Carmarthen, you'll work front-of-house operations and bar service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Offer unrivalled guest experience
- Ensure the FOH area is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional events and activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following attributes would be advantageous:
- Passion for Welsh culture and hospitality.
- Previous experience in a role within a bar or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality setting.
- Ability to speak Welsh
