Role Overview:
As our Front of House , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional front-of-house experience. You’ll manage bookings, support the stylist team, and keep operations running like clockwork.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and ensure a warm, 5-star customer experience
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and online bookings
- Oversee reception and front desk operations
- Handle payments, product sales, and till reconciliation
- Support day-to-day salon coordination and cleanliness
- Maintain a calm, professional vibe – even during the busy rush
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service role (salon or spa a bonus!)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Confident with booking systems
- Positive energy and a natural team leader
