Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, assisting with reservations, and maintaining the overall presentation of the front of house area.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and events to enhance guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in training new staff members on front of house procedures and standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
