About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and engaging Pilates or Yoga Instructor to join our team as a freelancer, running weekly group sessions for our supportive and growing community.
You’ll deliver an energising Sunday morning class that helps our members move better, feel better, and start their week on a high. You’ll also have access to our private studio and facilities to build your own business alongside your work with us.

What We’re Looking For
- Certified Pilates or Yoga Instructor (mat-based or similar)
- Confident in delivering small group classes
- A mix of professionalism and approachability — you can bring energy while keeping sessions welcoming for all abilities
- Passionate about helping busy over-30s improve their health, strength, and mobility
