Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor for our brand new studio opening in Dunmurry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a comprehensive understanding of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging classes that promote physical fitness, flexibility, and overall wellness. Your role will involve designing tailored programs for various fitness levels while fostering a supportive and motivating environment for all participants.
Duties
- Conduct group Pilates classes that cater to diverse skill levels, ensuring all participants feel included and challenged.
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics and techniques to enhance their Pilates practice.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Promote health and wellness.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics essential for effective instruction.
- Experience in teaching Pilates.
- Proficiency in program design tailored to individual needs and fitness levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
