Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging potential candidates for various positions within the organisation. You will be responsible for lead generation, relationship management, and utilising various recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
Duties
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates across multiple platforms, including social media and professional networks.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and PeopleSoft to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records.
- Engage with candidates through effective communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage relationships with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the selection process.
- Assist in the administration of recruitment processes using HRIS systems like Workday to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Monitor social media channels for potential talent and promote job openings to attract diverse candidates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in human resources or recruitment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong skills in lead generation and relationship management are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes is beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
