Role Overview
We are looking out for an enthusiastic, passionate and reliable individual to join the team as a Football Party & Event Leader! This role involves travelling to a local venue, setting up and managing inflatables and leading an unforgettable party or event for a child. Our party & event packages include exciting games, matches and competitions on our football inflatables.
Hours
Within our party packages, delivery is advised to be 90 minutes with 30 minutes either side for set up & packing away of equipment - totalling 2.5 hours per party.
Events can differ from half day to full day hours of delivery. Weekend availability for this opportunity is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and packing away of inflatables and equipment. Transport of equipment may be necessary.
- Engage and inspire a group of children effectively.
- Plan and deliver football related activities using our event syllabus.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- Create a fun, energetic environment through your coaching.
- Communicate effectively with both children and parents.
- Follow best practice at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children (e.g. childcare, entertainment, coaching, teaching).
- A passion for delivering engaging experiences for children.
- Comfortable working in a high energy environment.
- Great communication skills - enthusiastic, friendly and approachable.
- Weekend availability.
- Full DBS check.
- First Aid qualification (or willing to obtain).
- Full UK driving License
