Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Football Coach to join our coaching team. You need the qualifications right, but must be have a love of football and be prepared to work towards qualifications and your personal development.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for football, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to become a better coach. As a Football Coach, you will be responsible for designing training sessions and helping children during their football games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement effective training sessions tailored to players' needs and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental and advanced football techniques.
- Be positive, encouraging an environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Conduct regular assessments of players' performance and provide constructive feedback to the Head of Football along with the players Parents.
- Develop game strategies and manage the team during matches and tournaments.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training and games.
- Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and management to enhance the overall program.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and industry trends.
