Job Overview:
We are currently seeking someone to join our team in our fish preparation department. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of food safety and basic fish preparation but you will receive full training from our experienced employees.
Responsibilities
You will be picking, preparing and packing a variety of fish and shell fish according to the customer orders. You will be trained to operate our fish production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.. Quality is important to Cooper Foods and you will be trained to conduct quality checks on the fish products that you are working on. Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines at all times- Keep work areas clean and organised
Experience
Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Understanding of food safety practices and procedures is advantageous.
