We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, committed to delivering outstanding service and capable of leading and developing a high-performing team. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills and a deep understanding of food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
- Supervise, train and mentor front-of-house staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene and food quality standards.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including daily checklists and cash handling.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak and off-peak times.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and continuous training of new staff.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Assist with planning and execution of events, promotions, and special functions.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
