What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional, polite, and client-focused demeanor.
- Provide efficient waiting service during meal times.
- Serve food and beverages in meeting rooms and the restaurant, ensuring areas are cleaned and replenished as needed.
- Adhere to daily plans and rotas.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all catering areas, completing relevant cleaning schedules.
- Assist with dishwashing and ensure catering equipment is clean and well-maintained, in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.
- Comply with company training programs and related documents.
- Support any reasonable requests relevant to the department's operations.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels under the supervision of the F&B Team Leader, Supervisor, or a senior manager.
- Ensure timely delivery of all food and beverages.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout working hours.
Health and Safety:
- Perform duties in line with all Health and Safety regulations and company best practices.
- Adhere to company and statutory regulations regarding grooming and personal hygiene.
- Wear the correct uniform or standard of dress at all times.
General:
- Attend staff briefings and company events, including the company away day.
- Be available for weekend work as required.
- Undertake any reasonable ad hoc duties requested by the venue team.
