We are now seeking Food & Beverage Assistants to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in hospitality — many of our Managers and Supervisors began as Food & Beverage Assistants. We’ll support your development, encourage your passion, and help you to shine.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and deliver food & beverages efficiently.
- Gain full knowledge of our menus (with training) to assist with guest queries.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas.
- Operate tills, process payments, and manage orders accurately.
- Handle guest queries or complaints professionally, referring to the Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Manager when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of Regency House facilities to maximise guest experience.
- Uphold company standards of appearance, service, and hospitality at all times.
- Adhere to Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene regulations.
- Take part in training sessions to support personal and professional growth.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, providing attentive service to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away food and drink items as required.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure the health and wellbeing of all guests.
About You
We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
Essential:
- At least 6 months previous waiting experience.
- A positive, friendly attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Previous customer-facing experience and basic computer literacy.
Desirable:
- Barista training.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels or premium hospitality environments.
