To operate Front of House in our Bar/Restaurant on the Isle of Skye and some housekeeping shifts. You will be outgoing and friendly. You should be an experienced server, or bar operative and are able to work effectively as part of a small team. Full training will be given. You must be customer focused and you will need to learn the menus to give direct advice to assist the dining experience. Knowledge of beers, wines, whiskies and making cocktails is an advantage. Experience of housekeeping would be useful But not essential. Live-in Accommodation is provided for nominal rent. Tips are paid to all staff at the end of the month.
