Job Title: Chef De Partie
Hours: 30 hours (per week average)

Pay: £16 per hour inclusive of service charge tronc
Holiday Entitlement: 28-days annual, inclusive of bank and public holidays
The Role
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Supervisor to join our front-of-house leadership team, working closely with our General Manager, Davide, to help deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will lead by example on the floor—supporting day-to-day operations, setting the standard for service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for, taking ownership of shifts, guiding the team, and confidently stepping into a leadership role whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, upholding Jam Delish’s high service standards.
- Support the GM in managing daily operations, service flow, and staff performance.
- Oversee and motivate the front-of-house team, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
- Take responsibility for guest relations, handling feedback with discretion and care.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and allergen procedures.
- Assist in training and development of new and existing team members.
- Manage shift responsibilities including floor plans, staff allocation, cash handling, and close-down procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Chef Nathan and his kitchen team to maintain seamless service between front and back of house.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a premium or busy restaurant setting.
- A confident communicator with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
