We are looking for an experienced FOH supervisor to come and join our Laundry Quarter site as maternity cover from the end of June 2025. We want someone to continue to champion our premium brunch service, with a friendly welcome and neighbourhood approach to everything that we do.
The right candidate will be cheerful and enthusiastic, leading calmly from the front with plenty of previous hospitality experience in a similar operation and have an eye for the small details that make our service personal.
Barista skills are preferred but not essential.
You'll oversee the day to day running of the site, maintaining operating standards, staff training and any necessary paperwork. You'll take charge of our busy brunch services, building relationships with staff and customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Working days will be Sunday - Thursday (30hrs a week)
Exceptionally good work life balance, no evening work required.

Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
