We are recruiting a Front of House Team Member for up to 15 hours per week. Come and join our energetic and passionate team at Alston Bar & Beef. We are proud of every single dish we run out from the kitchen, and all of our signature cocktails we shake up at the bar; because we know they are great! We require people with a great attitude and as much passion for great service as we have.
A typical shift includes working across the bar and floor, serving guests, hosting and seating tables, ensuring the atmosphere is just right, engaging with our customers about steak and gin whilst supporting your colleagues. - A monthly variable share of the venue service charge, paid through a Tronc scheme in line with the Tipping Act 2023. 100% of our Service Charge goes to our employees and is distributed in its entirety on a monthly basis. The lower figure is the hourly salary and the higher figure is the average hourly income across a year including tronc distribution for the role advertised.
