Overview:
As a Team Lead at Gymshark, you’ll be an aspiring leader, driving store performance
and ensuring that every customer experience reflects our brand’s values of
empowerment, inclusivity, and community. You’ll lead by example, supporting your
team in delivering exceptional service, product knowledge, and operational
excellence.
With a passion for fitness and fashion, you'll help coach and mentor your team,
ensuring they are equipped to provide a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence – Ability to engage with customers, understand
their needs, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping
experience in a fast paced retail store
Leadership – Ability to coach and mentor a diverse team toward achieving store goals
and delivering excellent customer experiences with proven experience in on the job
coaching and providing valuable feedback
o Communication Skills – Clear, friendly, and effective communication with
customers and team members to build rapport and share product information.
o Sales Skills – Ability to identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell products
to maximize sales while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
o Sales Goal Orientation – Motivated to meet individual and team sales targets,
contributing to the overall success of the store.
o Visual Merchandising – Knowledge of store presentation and the ability to assist
in organizing product displays to attract customers and drive sales. - Is this

o Team Collaboration – Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
and working together to achieve store goals and deliver excellent service.
o Attention to Detail – Ability to ensure the store is tidy, products are wellorganized, and stock is accurately managed to create a welcoming shopping

calm, professional manner while finding quick, effective solutions.
o Multitasking – Managing multiple tasks, such as assisting customers, restocking
