Summary
As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Reporting to the Construction Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in construction along with premium skills in carpentry and power tools. Your relevant skills in hand tools, schematics, and construction painting will be essential in executing precise installations. Responsibilities
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas accurately.
- Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tiles, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively while adhering to safety standards.
- Read and interpret schematics to execute flooring layouts correctly.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Hold a valid driving license to transport materials and tools as needed.
