We are looking for people to join our outgoing and fun Bierkeller family!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff in fun a fast-paced
environment
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations of the floor,
- Train and mentor new staff members on job duties and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to develop and implement strategies to
improve customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff
and customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service setting
