About this Role

We're on the lookout for a Service Controller to keep our EMC hire fleet in peak condition. You’ll manage the day-to-day service function, coordinating engineers and third-party suppliers to deliver fast, safe, and effective repairs and servicing. This is a key role in ensuring equipment uptime and keeping customers informed every step of the way.

  • Handle service bookings, breakdowns, damage reports, and warranty cases
  • Communicate regularly with customers, ensuring updates are timely and transparent
  • Record and monitor service updates and costs on our maintenance system
  • Support compliance scheduling and reporting for key service milestones

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar service or fleet coordination role
  • Excellent communication and scheduling skills
  • Confident using maintenance management systems
