What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leadership: Be the first point of contact for Installation Engineers, providing daily line management and logistical support.
- Fleet Administration: Oversee vehicle checks, maintenance scheduling, and promote safe driving practices.
- Customer Focus: Ensure seamless installations, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional service at every step.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor performance, maintain compliance, and back-fill as an Installation Engineer when needed.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Line management support, including coaching, training, and conducting 1-2-1 reviews.
- Arranging vehicle maintenance and ensuring vehicles are clean, safe, and compliant.
- Conducting on-call support and organizing agency cover as required.
- Supervising stock management, paperwork, and vehicle loading in line with company policies.
- Upholding the highest standards in customer service and product handovers.

Pay: £31,200.00-£33,500.00 per year
