About Salon Tracker
Salon Tracker, established in 2014, has and continues to be developed by professional software engineers with over 20 years' experience in the software industry. This system was developed in conjunction with many tanning salons, hair salons, spas & nail bars providing feedback, advice and feature improvements to enable Salon Tracker to be the best salon management software system on the market.
About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active individual with a passion for the tech industry to join our Salon Tracker team!
You will primarily be helping to provide support to our customers with any software issues they may have, whilst maintaining successful relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, chats and emails for support issues
- Logging tickets to manage all incidents, service requests and escalations raised by internal customers or external partners
- Manage and pro-actively ensure that timely and appropriate updates are communicated back to customers
- Review existing tickets and ensure these are followed up on
- Testing new features/releases of the software
- Setup hardware for customer orders
- Project work
Skills Required:
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner
- Ability to logically troubleshoot issues and investigate larger issues
- Time management
- Customer care
- Patience
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Can handle difficult situations and customers
Experience in the following would be beneficial but not essential:
- IT qualification
- Customer service
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 (35 hours per week)
