Responsibilities:
- Carry out installations in line with tested specifications and 3rd part accreditation
- Ensuring work areas are clean and general housekeeping is maintained
- Communicating efficiently with residents and managers of schemes
- Completing pre/post inspections of all carried out works and ensuring they are recorded on the relevant application/system

Preferred Experience:
- Installation of Pre-Hung / Assemblies both FD30/s, FD60/s
- Maintaining existing FD30/s, FD60/s
- Installation of all forms of fire rated ironmongery
- Installation of all forms of fire rated signage
- Installation of fire rated closing devices
- Carrying out 1st Fix joinery when required
- Carrying out 2nd Fix joinery when required
- Experience working within the social housing, healthcare and/or education buildings
Desired Qualifications:
- NVQ 2 – carpentry/fire door joinery
- FIRAS – timber door sets and/or maintenance
- CSCS card
- Working at height awareness
- Ability to use hand, power an 18V tools
Essential:
- Some fire door joinery experience
- Clean UK Driving License
Travel may be required for this role, which we will give adequate notice for, and expenses covered.
