AMM is a well established and growing Facilities Management and Property Services company dedicated to delivering exceptional and proffesional services to broad range of clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Support Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
As our Finance and Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and general administrative functions. You will work closely with our finance lead and wider team, handling day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice processing, and support tasks to keep our operations running efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank transactions and monitor cash flow
- Assist with preparing monthly financial reports and budgeting
- Support payroll processing and staff expense tracking
- Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, filing, and office supplies
- Liaise with suppliers and clients regarding payment queries
- Assist with any ad hoc finance or office-related tasks as required
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience using QuickBooks
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar finance/admin role
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Familiarity with other financial software or CRM systems
