THE ROLE
As a Field Sales Team Leader, you’ll be out in the field, leading a team whilst engaging directly with potential customers door-to-door in pre-designated areas. You’ll work closely with your Field Sales Advisors, bringing EE’s top-notch broadband and TV solutions to the community while driving team performance and sales excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead and inspire a team of enthusiastic Field Sales Advisors during door-to-door sales activity.
- Drive the conversion of prospects into satisfied EE customers.
- Set and achieve individual and team sales targets in your designated area.
- Represent the EE brand during meetings, delivering engaging presentations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide management with insightful feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment while driving toward your goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- The ability to travel around the Leicester area.
- Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.
- Active listening and an understanding of customer needs.
- Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to build lasting rapport.
- Data analysis skills to track your team's performance.
