Hartewell Homecare is a passionate and dedicated provider of high-quality home care services. We are looking for an experienced and committed Field Care Supervisor to join our team in a dual role—supporting both office-based coordination and field-based care supervision.
What We Offer:
- £16,000 annual salary for 24 contracted hours (Mon, Wed, Fri)
- Additional hourly pay for:
- 2 evening shifts per week
- Every other weekend
- Participation in on-call rota with additional pay

Working Hours:
- Contracted: 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Additional: 2 evenings per week + alternate weekends (paid hourly)
- On-call: Paid rota participation required
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out spot checks, service user reviews, and care assessments
- Support the creation and review of person-centred care plans
- Monitor care quality and compliance with CQC and company standards
- Mentor and supervise care staff, offering ongoing guidance and support
- Assist with rota coordination and day-to-day care scheduling
- Respond to client needs and ensure care is delivered safely and effectively
- Support service audits and gather client feedback
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing support out of hours
Requirements:
- Experience in domiciliary or community care
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality monitoring
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexible with availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
