To offer and deliver family interventions to help support individuals and their families/carers to work together to cope and to reduce stress. Therefore, supporting a persons overall recovery as part of a broad-based approach that combines differenttreatment options tailored to the needs of the individual. Where appropriate, to provide consultation on systemic working to relevant professional systems To develop and lead reflecting team practice with multidisciplinary colleagues as appropriate to both the service context and individuals and familys needs.
Drawing upon complex assessment material to provide verbal and written systemic formulations that aid evidence based clinical interventions for service users, families and other professionals. This will involve integrating and interpreting a range of complex material, across different contexts and at different levels of meaning.
