About The Role
Foxtons is looking for a Facilities & Logistics Assistant to join the Facilities & Logistics team based in Staines
As a part of the Foxtons Facilities & Logistics team, your role will be to ensure the smooth running of our London & Surrey offices and our Headquarters, meaning you will become a familiar face across the company. The team work together to carry out basic maintenance tasks and deliver marketing material, stationery supplies to the front offices. You will have responsibility for a number of offices, loading the supplies in the morning and delivering them throughout the day and using our Facilities software solution to check for tasks that need to be completed in each office. As a Facilities & Logistics Assistant, you will also help to move office furniture, upload deliveries and other ad hoc tasks as required. On occasion this may include evening and weekend work. As you will be in control of your own workload, it is important that you are self-motivated and have the ability to manage a number of tasks. You will be working closely with all offices across the company, meaning excellent communication skills are vital, plus the desire to support and help wherever possible.

About You
Although having experience in a previous role which includes facilities maintenance and driving would be advantageous, it is not essential. We are looking for individuals who have the following qualities:- Ability to think independently
- A 'can-do' attitude is vital
- A team player, but also the ability to work alone
- Full, clean, manual driving licence
- Punctuality is of the upmost importance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
