What You'll Do:

Help provide a high standard of client care within the venue by maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for clients at all times.

Room Setting & Service:

  • To set rooms each evening for the following day in accordance with client requirements and company standards
  • To ensure that meeting rooms that are not in use are set up to company standards and therefore available for client showrounds

House-keeping:

  • To ensure that all meeting rooms, staff offices and common areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness
  • To clean and re-stock the washrooms on a daily basis
  • To carry out deep-cleaning duties within the venue as per the schedule provided by the Facilities Supervisor
  • To ensure that all waste removal is carried out according to Health & Safety regulations and company standards
  • To ensure that stocks of cleaning materials are maintained by up-dating stock sheets
  • To store and keep a log of lost property found in meeting rooms and common areas

Health and Safety

  • To carry out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety regulations and company best practice

General:

  • To be available for staff briefings and company events including attendance at the company
  • To be available for weekend work where necessary
  • To undertake any reasonable requests for ad hoc duties by the venue team
