As Warehouse Operative you will be contributing to the ongoing success of the business and play a key role in delivering our premium brand to our customers in terms of both products and service.

You will be highly organized with experience in warehouse processes, stock movement both physically and on the ERP system.

Reporting day to day to the Supply Chain Lead, you will perform a key role within a busy warehouse and be responsible for managing the flow of materials throughout the Warehouse and Dispatch processes. These include dispatching the right products to the right customer at the right time, every time, issuing products to Manufacturing in line with production schedules, receiving of goods, as well as correct and accurate storage to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.

The Role and Accountabilities…

· Picking, packing, labelling and palletising of products for daily dispatch to customers to meet on time delivery and shipping requirements

· Daily pick of product for the manufacturing lines, following the agreed plan.

· To ensure good are booked in within 3 hours of receipt and in the right location (physically and through the ERP).

· Ensuring the arrangement, rotation and security of stock in line with agreed stock levels and locations.

· Maintain processes that meet the key measures of the supply chain function with a key focus on Quality, Cost and Delivery to give the right product at the right quality at the right time and cost, every time.

· Continually review and challenge processes to create a best-in-class warehouse environment with ever improving stock accuracy.

· Working to Health and Safety regulations as expected from a warehouse environment

· Work as part of a high performing team ensuring processes and documents are followed.

· Maintaining general 5S principles within both the warehouse and yard to maintain the premises to a high standard at all times.

Qualifications and Experience…

· Experience in a warehouse environment.

· Forklift License, both Reach and Counterbalance

· Experience of using an ERP system to manage inventory from receipt, to manufacturing then through to dispatch.

· Familiar with manufacturing operations and product flow.

· Ability to work to set processes and offer improvement opportunities.

· Experience of stock counting and resolving discrepancies through root cause analysis.

· Attention to detail.

· A curious and commercial mindset.

· Creative thinking to overcome challenges and ensure best use of the warehouse space.

· Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail; and be team-focused with excellent time management skills.

The Package…

Working hours: Monday- Friday 8am-4.30pm

Location: Bourton on the Water

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 Per annum depending on experience
