Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced enthusiastic and dedicated Bar/waiting Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and responding to their needs promptly.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, employing basic maths skills for billing purposes.

- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for guest services.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in a restaurant or bar.
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial for understanding menu items and preparation methods.
- A willingness to help colleagues in the kitchen or other areas as required.
