We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our relaxed, calm kitchen where creativity is encouraged and teamwork is everything.

> Has at least 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen
> Can confidently prepare a variety of hot & cold dishes plus handmade desserts
> Brings flair, passion, and consistency to everything they do
> Is a team player who stays calm under pressure
> Isn’t afraid to share ideas and help shape menus & themed nights
About the role:
You’ll work alongside our senior chefs preparing breakfast through to evening dining dishes in our award‑winning restaurant.
There may also be opportunities to assist with our Safari Corporate Catering event work for additional hours if desired.

What you’ll need:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Full allergen training
- Flexible availability Monday–Saturday between 8:30am & 9pm
- All criteria must be met — previous applicants need not apply
