Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Operate various power tools and hand tools for the assembly of timber pallets & cases.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues and report any significant problems to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with power tools and hand tools is essential.
- Strong ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Previous experience in a Pallet & Case making organisation is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
