About the role:
As a supervisor you’ll know how to get the best from your team by offering great service and motivation where needed. This is a great opportunity for a Deputy Manager in the making and although we want you to be yourself it’s key that customer service along with making memorable events is something you are passionate about. You’ll be an expert in communication and know how to work well as part of a team as well as taking the lead and running shifts.
You’ll have previous experience as a Supervisor in a similar hospitality role and have confidence in yourself to have the ability to develop to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional hospitality and service standards are met.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage communication between kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
- Assist in food preparation and bartending as needed, contributing to a high-quality guest experience.
- Ensuring orders are placed in full and on time each day for smooth running of the business.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
