Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber at Evolution, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair and grooming services to our clients, ensuring an exceptional experience every time. The ideal candidate should have a strong skill set in traditional barbering techniques as well as modern styles.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of haircuts including skin fades, scissor cuts, and other precision styles
- Provide hot towel shaves with attention to detail and client comfort
- Perform eyebrow waxing / Threading
- Offer professional grooming advice to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Build relationships with clients, offering them personalized services
- Ensure all tools are sanitized and safe to use
- Keep up to date with trends and techniques in the barbering industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber with a minimum of 1 year shop floor experience
- Skilled in hot towel shaves, eyebrow waxing, skin fades, and scissor cuts
- Strong attention to detail and passion for the craft
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be fluent in English language and have the legal right to live and work in the U.K
