Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As an Event Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and sales to our guests while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with daily operations, including sales procedures
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service
- Upsell items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organised and efficient workflow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Support fundraising initiatives when required
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
