About the Role:
As an Event Security Officer, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe and enjoyable environment for event attendees, staff, and stakeholders. From concerts to corporate gatherings, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of events while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough access control, bag checks, and ticket verification.
- Maintain order by managing crowds and ensuring compliance with event regulations.
- Act swiftly and professionally to resolve incidents or emergencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
- Communicate effectively with event organisers and your team to ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
- NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
