1 x permanent post, 37 hours per week, office hours (Flexi) + on call
Post Holder works with an Operational Estates Team who are professionally responsible for meeting the organisations key objectives, for the delivery of Patient Care by the provision of Effective, Efficient, and Safe Operation & Maintenance of Estates Services, Systems and Budgetary Resource.
Compliance with Statutory Requirements & Mandatory NHS Healthcare Standards & Guidelines, for the day-to-day operational activities of the Estates Department.
Ensure all AutoCAD Drawings are Managed, Up-to-Date and Accurate alongside Local Design Requirements, Space Planning, Project Management and Liaison with Design and Project Teams for Minor Works.
Technical & Managerial Control of Directly Employed and Specialist Contract Staff to cover Leave Periods.
The post holder will be a minimum of HNC qualified in a technical subject or working towards that qualification.
NHS delivers services around the clock and this post requires the successful candidate participates in Managing & Maintaining an Operational On-Call System.
Full UK Driving Licence essential.
